Remi was diagnosed with Leukemia in April of 2017. She was 15 months old. She had fevers but I thought it was due to teething. She was slowly getting more and more tired. One day, she wouldn’t even move off the couch and had a yellow tint. I took her to the doctor and they did all sorts of tests and were thinking it was her liver. But then gave us the horrible “cancer” word.
We’ve had blood transfusions, several lumbar punctures and just the regular chemo treatments.
She is a spunky sassy little thing. But she’s been through hell so we love letting her be in charge. She’s also the sweetest and loves to cuddle.
